Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and order processing.
Generate future leads via phone calls/emails
Assist in the preparation of quotations and sales proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
Handle incoming/outgoing enquiries via phone, email with professionalism and courtesy.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain organised records of sales transactions and client communications for future reference.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven administrative experience within a sales environment or similar role.
Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly.
