Candidate · Experience in Quantity Surveying role within main contracting organisation is preferred but not essential. · Holds a relevant academic qualification – Degree / HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying · Experience of procurement & sub-contractor management. · Comfortable with working with minimum of supervision and ability to solve problems by acting on own initiative. · Comfortable creating commercial reports for Commercial Manager & Directors. · Able to show track record of profitability on projects you have worked on. · Comfortable with standard forms of contract JCT, NEC, SBCC. · IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
