Security Installation Assistant We are looking for a reliable and practical Security Installation Assistant to help with CCTV and Intruder Alarm installations across London. Main Duties: Assist with the installation of CCTV cameras and alarm sensors Run and secure data/alarm cables Install PVC conduit and trunking Terminate cables and assist with connections Use drills and other power tools safely Work from ladders when required Help keep tools, materials and the work area organised. Important Requirements The right person must: Have previous experience working with security systems, electrical/data cabling, CCTV, alarms or a similar installation trade. Be confident using power tools Be comfortable using ladders Be able to run cables neatly and professionally Be tidy and respectful when working inside customers' premises Take care with finished walls, ceilings and surrounding areas. Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn Please Note Security Officers / Security Guards are NOT the same as Security Installers. Please do not apply if your experience is only in security guarding, door supervision or security officer work. We specifically need someone who has previously worked with security systems, CCTV, alarms, cabling, conduit/trunking and power tools, or has closely related installation experience. For us, one of the most important qualities is tidiness. Installations must be completed neatly, cables properly routed, and the customer's property left clean and professional
