Live-in home care nurse This position involves providing skilled nursing care to a client in their home in London, N20 in a live-in role. The client is having surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon and will have one foot in a plaster cast for 2-3 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Administering medications as prescribed. - Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. - Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance. - Assisting with mobility and transfers. - Providing wound care and dressing changes. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care. - Cooking and cleaning duties. Qualifications: - Proven experience in providing home care or community nursing. - Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A valid UK driver's license and vehicle.

We are looking for a qualified nurse or two to care for mum in her own home once she is discharged from hospital. You must be trained and experienced at managing an ng tube. We are looking for full time support/ live in. All other caring duties also apply e.g manual handling using a hoist , personal care etc. mum has advanced dementia and physical disabilities which mean she is bedridden. We want someone kind , skilled and patient , ideally to support mum on a self employed basis. Mum lives in Southgate North London.
