As a Bartender, you would be expected to work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Your responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing and accepting deliveries and doing inventory on a weekly basis, and cleaning bar supplies and utensils - Verify identification and age requirements of customers. - Mix traditional and creative cocktails. - Process payment from customers. - Clean glasses and bar utensils. - Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences. - Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits. - Putting away drinks deliveries. - Bar stock count weekly. - Bar prep for service daily. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area at all times. Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age. Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS system accurately. General Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista and/or bartender. Proven ability to create latte art and prepare espresso drinks to specialty coffee standards. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Barista or bartender certification is a plus.
