I am looking for a part time candidate wanting to work two days a week in a freelance capacity as personal assistant to the business owner and to manage a small block of residential and commercial properties (three residential and four commercial): Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Property Management: • Tenant Relations & Communication: Acting as the main point of contact, handling inquiries, complaints, and disputes with a diplomatic, firm, but fair approach., • Property Maintenance: Coordinating repairs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and safe., • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, health and safety regulations, and eviction procedures., • Financial Administration: Collecting rent, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. Typical Qualifications & Experience: Past experience managing property essential Key Responsibilities and Requirements: PA: • Administrative Support: Drafting documents, preparing presentations, taking minutes, and managing records., • Personal/Private Support: Running personal errands and organizing appointments Required Skills: Organization: Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
