About the Role We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse & Assembly Operative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assembling products, using power tools, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Assemble components and products according to instructions and drawings, • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, • Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse duties, • Perform quality checks on finished products, • Follow health & safety rules at all times, • Maintain a clean and organised work area, • Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, or production work, • Good knowledge of basic mechanics or mechanical assembly, • Confident using power tools (drills, grinders, screwdrivers, etc.), • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, • Quick learner, open to training and developing new skills, • Stable, long-term work in a friendly team, • Training and development opportunities, • Overtime available, • Free parking and uniform provided, • Opportunity to grow within the company
