About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse & Assembly Operative to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for assembling products, using power tools, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to instructions and drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse duties
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Follow health & safety rules at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Support other departments when needed
Requirements - Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, or production work
- Good knowledge of basic mechanics or mechanical assembly
- Confident using power tools (drills, grinders, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Quick learner, open to training and developing new skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
