Assistant Site Cleaning Manager \n Chiswick, London | Monday–Friday | 2:00pm–11:00pm | £45,000 per annum \n The Opportunity \n Join one of London's leading commercial cleaning and support services providers and become part of an award-winning team that is setting the standard for service excellence. \n We're proud to have been recognised as London's Most Awarded Cleaning Company 2024 and winners of the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2025 – Best Company to Work For. \n Based at a prestigious corporate campus in Chiswick, you'll support the Contract Manager in leading the evening operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery while motivating and developing a dedicated team. \n What You'll Receive \n\n • £45,000 annual salary.\n, • Monday to Friday working pattern (2:00pm–11:00pm).\n, • 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays.\n, • Career development and progression opportunities.\n, • The chance to work for a recognised industry leader with a people-first culture.\n\n About the Role \n As Assistant Site Cleaning Manager, you'll take ownership of the evening cleaning operation, ensuring contractual obligations, service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently achieved. You'll lead by example, maintain excellent client relationships and create a positive working environment where your team can perform at their best. \n Your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Leading and supporting the evening cleaning teams across the site.\n, • Planning workloads, managing rotas and arranging cover for holidays and absences.\n, • Monitoring productivity and ensuring all scheduled cleaning tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.\n, • Carrying out regular quality inspections and resolving service issues promptly.\n, • Coaching, motivating and developing team members through regular one-to-ones and performance management.\n, • Supporting recruitment, inductions and ongoing training.\n, • Building strong relationships with the client and delivering outstanding customer service.\n, • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, RAMS and safe working practices.\n, • Completing operational reports, audits and maintaining accurate records.\n, • Monitoring equipment and consumable stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.\n\n About You \n We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. \n You'll ideally have: \n\n • Previous supervisory or management experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management or a similar environment.\n, • Excellent leadership and people management skills.\n, • The ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.\n, • Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.\n, • Experience managing rotas and a good understanding of the Working Time Regulations.\n, • A commitment to quality, customer service and continuous improvement.\n\n Why Join Us? \n We're more than just a cleaning company.
