JOB DESCRIPTION
Contract type- Full-time permanent, 5 days and 2 days, pro rota basis
Accommodation- Provided
Salary- Competitive
Location- Rural Ireland
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Preparing and cooking artisan pizzas in a high-heat, wood-fired oven
• Managing prep and mise en place to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
• Contributing ideas as we scale and grow into additional trucks and locations
• Supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Representing the brand with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience making pizza, ideally in a wood-fired or high-end setting
• Strong understanding of dough fermentation, pizza assembly, and oven technique
• Passion for quality, consistency, and innovation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow with the business
• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
