We're looking for an experienced Head Barista/Supervisor to lead the floor at our Redchurch Street site - a specialty coffee and matcha destination built around craft, quality, and a fast-paced grab-and-go energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a portafilter and a matcha whisk equally well, and who can run a shift with confidence when the owner isn't on site. We’re an independent Italian café and restaurant looking for a talented, adaptable individual to join our team as a Barista & Kitchen Assistant/Chef (Italian Speaker). This versatile role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between preparing high-quality coffee and assisting in the kitchen, depending on the day’s demands. About the Role Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early start and early finish (no late nights and weekends off!).
