We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations, logistics, and materials management while contributing to the efficient functioning of our facilities. Responsibilities • Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such manual handling techniques, • Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control, • Operate warehouse management systems to track stock movements and update records, • Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations, • Organise storage areas to optimise space utilisation and accessibility, • Support in stock replenishment, order picking, packing, and dispatching goods, • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times Requirements • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided, • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently, • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, • Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks, • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team This role offers an engaging working environment with opportunities for skill development in logistics, materials handling, and warehouse management.
