



Warehouse Operative – Milton Keynes (Kiln Farm)
Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum (depending on relevant licences and experience) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm (1 hour break) | 45 hours per week Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy Milton Keynes operation. This is a hands-on role, working with high-value catering equipment in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, care, and attention to detail really matter.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and checking commercial catering equipment (Goods In)
Carrying out quality checks
Admin tasks, use of PC/warehouse software
Safe handling, loading, and storage of high-value goods
Unloading lorries and moving stock using pallet trucks, sack barrows, and forklifts
Performing daily MHE/forklift checks and maintaining safe working practices
General housekeeping and ensuring compliance with H&S standards
Drive a 3.5T Luton box van locally (mainly between our warehouses in Milton Keynes)
Supporting process improvements as the warehouse continues to develop
About You
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Counterbalance or Bendi/Flexi forklift licence (desirable)
Full driving licence (Category B - desirable)
Comfortable with some heavy lifting
Reliable, detail-focused, and a strong team player
