As a Sales Consultant, you will excel in providing excellent customer service to our brides and their entourage. This will involve everything from welcoming customers into our store, advising on the products we have to offer, offering knowledgeable advice to brides, bridesmaids and prom customers, making sure that our stock and displays are well displayed and cared for. Your main responsibility will be to help customers in finding their perfect wedding dress, accessories, bridesmaid dresses and prom dress. Working individually and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and incentives, we will provide training that enables you to develop your chosen career as a knowledgeable bridal specialist, even if you haven’t worked in this trade before. What the role will entail: Warmly welcome the customers into the store Showcase products and support the bride/bridesmaids/prom girl with selecting her perfect dress - Promote and drive online reviews through excellent rapport building Be driven by and focussed on personal and company sales targets on a consistent basis Stock care and handling We require from you: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferable but not essential Proficient level of numeracy and literacy Previous experience in a sales role Enthusiasm & commitment Why Choose Us?
