We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Chef/barista to lead our kitchen and front off house operations, will be working some days in kitchen and some days front off house Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a delicious range of breakfast and lunch items, as well as pastries and baked goods., • Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard, with excellent presentation and consistency., • Manage daily kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and plating., • Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of fresh ingredients., • Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations., • Work closely with the management team to innovate and evolve our menu, introducing seasonal specials and new offerings. We are seeking a Chef who possesses: • Proven experience in a kitchen, preferably within a cafe or similar culinary environment., • A passion for food and a creative approach to menu development., • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices., • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy setting., • A collaborative spirit and good communication skills. ☕ Barista Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve beverages Make high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks consistently (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) • Customer service Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and create a friendly atmosphere • Operate coffee equipment Use espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain cleanliness Keep the workspace, coffee station, and seating areas clean and hygienic at all times • Food preparation Prepare and serve light food items such as sandwiches, pastries, or breakfast dishes • Stock management Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages • Follow health & safety standards Comply with food hygiene regulations and safety procedures • Teamwork Work closely with chefs and other staff to ensure smooth service

We are looking for a full-time Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers. You will assist the Head Chef and Management with the smooth running of the kitchen whilst maintaining expenditure within stipulated budget limits. In the absence of the Head Chef to supervise the day to day responsibilities.
