Your responsibilities include: • Seamlessly communicating with customers to provide excellent service and address their specific needs., • Performing dress fittings and alterations with precision, ensuring garments fit perfectly., • Executing sewing techniques of the highest standard on a variety of high-quality garments, including delicate fabrics., • Collaborating with the design team to understand garment specifications and requirements., • Upholding strict quality control standards to ensure all finished products meet our high standards., • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including proper maintenance of sewing equipment., • Staying updated on industry trends and techniques related to garment construction and alterations. Requirements: • Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and team members., • Proven experience as a seamstress, demonstrating exceptional sewing skills on high-quality garments., • Proficiency in various sewing techniques, including alterations and garment construction., • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision., • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor., • Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines., • Reliability and punctuality, demonstrating a strong work ethic., • Knowledge of industry best practices and adaptability to new techniques and technologies., • **At least 15 years experience.
