At After Hours we are seeking a part time / on call bartender/mixologist to help alongside our bar manager. Your main job will to be ensure that every drink that leaves the bar is perfect, and strong service is always upheld. Your main tasks will include mixing/serving cocktails, taking general orders and ensure the bar is always kept clean. You will need to have a strong understanding of the drinks available from your bar, with the ability to produce these drinks to the highest standard.
