Manage the tandoori section, ensuring efficient and seamless operations. Prepare and marinate meats and seafood for tandoori cooking. Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection. Create a variety of tandoori specialties, including mixed grills, chicken tikka, and naan breads. Prepare dishes according to recipes, accommodating customer preferences and special requests. Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the kitchen. Inspect the quality and freshness of ingredients used for tandoori preparations. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and consistently high-quality dishes.

We are looking for well skilled, organised and self sufficient chefs to join our team. You'll be led by two excellent senior chefs with extensive experience.
