Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room., • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children., • Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration., • Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents., • Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children., • Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment. Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate: • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education., • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner., • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills., • Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
