Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of UK rental regulations and property management practices. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in property management software such as Arthur & Fixflo. - A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. - A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
