GTF Engineering Solutions Ltd – Worcester Pay: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour (DOE) Hours: Full time, Permanent Overtime: Available subject to workload Job Description GTF Engineering Solutions Ltd is a growing engineering and fabrication business based in Worcester. We are looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator / Tube Fabricator to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on fabrication experience who is confident working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities • Fabrication of tube and fabricated components to engineering drawings, • Tube bending using manual and CNC bending machines, • Cutting, preparation and assembly of fabricated parts, • TIG welding of mild steel and stainless steel, • MIG welding where required, • Working to tight tolerances and quality standards, • Carrying out basic quality checks on own work, • Maintaining a clean and safe working area, • Supporting production deadlines and workshop efficiency Requirements Essential: • Proven experience as a Fabricator or Tube Fabricator, • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, • Experience with tube bending and fabrication, • TIG welding experience, • Good attention to detail and workmanship, • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Desirable: • Experience in heat exchangers, radiators or similar products, • MIG welding experience, • Experience in automotive, agricultural or industrial fabrication What We Offer • Competitive hourly rate of £16.50 – £17.50 per hour depending on experience, • Secure, permanent position, • Stable workload and long term opportunities, • Supportive workshop environment
