Job Description
GTF Engineering Solutions Ltd is a growing engineering and fabrication business based in Worcester. We are looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator / Tube Fabricator to join our workshop team.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on fabrication experience who is confident working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication of tube and fabricated components to engineering drawings
- Tube bending using manual and CNC bending machines
- Cutting, preparation and assembly of fabricated parts
- TIG welding of mild steel and stainless steel
- MIG welding where required
- Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Carrying out basic quality checks on own work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Supporting production deadlines and workshop efficiency
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or Tube Fabricator
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Experience with tube bending and fabrication
- TIG welding experience
- Good attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Desirable:
- Experience in heat exchangers, radiators or similar products
- MIG welding experience
- Experience in automotive, agricultural or industrial fabrication
