About Yuli At Yuli, we teach the way we wish it was taught to us. We're a tutoring company built on one simple belief: real learning comes from understanding. Too many students lose confidence because they think they're "bad" at a subject, when really, they've just never been taught in a way that makes sense to them. Our mission is to change that. We help students rebuild confidence, strengthen foundations, and achieve the grades they deserve - not through rote memorisation, but through clarity, patience, and genuine understanding. The Role We're looking for a passionate Tutor to join our growing team in London. You'll work closely with students at GCSE and A-Level, helping them not only grasp key concepts but also build the confidence to apply them independently. This role is perfect for someone who values thoughtful teaching over quick fixes, and who takes pride in seeing that "lightbulb moment" when everything clicks. Responsibilities ⢠Deliver engaging one-to-one or small group lessons tailored to each student's needs., ⢠Develop lesson plans that simplify complex ideas and encourage independent thinking., ⢠Track progress through regular feedback and adapt sessions where needed., ⢠Provide a supportive, positive environment where students feel confident to ask questions and make mistakes., ⢠Collaborate with the Yuli team to share ideas, resources, and best teaching practices. About You ⢠A genuine passion for education and helping students find confidence in learning., ⢠Excellent communication skills - you can make tricky topics feel simple., ⢠Strong understanding of a specific (1 or more) UK subject curriculum, ⢠(GCSE and A-Level)., ⢠Experience teaching or tutoring secondary students (either in-person or online)., ⢠Patient, reliable, and able to build trust with students and parents., ⢠A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Why Join Yuli? ⢠Be part of a growing education brand focused on meaningful learning, not just results., ⢠Flexible scheduling and autonomy in how you teach., ⢠Support from a like-minded, professional team that values teaching done right., ⢠Opportunities for long-term collaboration as we expand our reach across the UK. At Yuli, every student can succeed when learning finally makes sense and we're looking for tutors who believe the same.
