We're building the opening team now. We're looking for a Pizza Chef to join that opening team and own your section, working under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Consistency is everything here, so every pizza that comes off your station should match the last, crispy, chewy, charred, no exceptions. It's a genuine chance to build your pizza skills and help shape the standard from the very first service. This is a hands-on, section-focused role, full of energy from the moment the doors open. Key Responsibilities • Run your section through service, holding Lenny's standards on every plate., • Hit Lenny's specs on every pizza: crispy, chewy and charred, plate after plate., • Prep your section with speed and precision ahead of every service., • Follow stock rotation and storage procedures, flagging shortages promptly., • Stay sharp on food safety, HACCP and allergens, every shift., • Work cleanly and efficiently under pressure during busy services., • Support colleagues across sections when service demands it., • Bring energy and pride to every plate, so every pizza lands the way it should. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes real pride in their section and wants to build pizza skills in a brand new opening. You'll work closely with the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef, picking up skills and setting the standard for the future.
