BAO Kings Cross is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team with care, clarity, and consistency. This is a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen - perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards and supports others to do their best work. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, helping to set the tone on shift, guide the team, and keep service running smoothly. The Restaurant Just a stone’s throw from the station, BAO Kings Cross is our largest and most versatile restaurant. The Position At BAO, we care about doing things properly - from the quality of our ingredients to how we run our kitchens. This role is all about consistency, standards, and leading by example. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver our menus to the highest standard, manage the day-to-day kitchen operation, and support your team to do their best work. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-led environment and is looking to take the next step in their culinary career.
