Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PA to CEO role based in London. We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing schedules, transcribing dictation, preparing documents, and coordinating office ac tivities. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CEO's calendar, • Act as key point of contact for CEO; clients, colleagues and visitors, • Direct incoming call and inquiries to the correct team member and handle a call sheet, • Assisting with inbox management, • Book travel and accommodation, festival passes, accreditations and visas, • Collaborate with MD's Assistant on diary management, • Organise and prepare CEO for meetings and attend as a notetaker when appropriate, • Process expenses, • Purchase gifts and tickets, • Manage subscriptions and memberships, • Requirements:, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Experience or understanding of a creative business will be preferable, • Able to uphold confidentiality and work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities Hours: 5 days a week in office, 10am - 6:30pm Salary & Benefits: Competitive and based on experience Private Medical Insurance Season ticket loan Cycle to work We awould love to hear from you if you are a highly efficient and detail oriented PA.
