Key Responsibilities as our Housekeeping Porter: • Distribute clean linen, guest amenities and housekeeping supplies across the hotel, ensuring stock levels are maintained and storerooms remain organised., • Collect, sort and handle linen, reporting shortages when required., • Maintain corridors, lift lobbies, staircases and housekeeping areas to the standards of cleanliness and presentation., • Respond promptly to guest requests and support Floor Supervisors in delivering personalised service., • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns and stock shortages, while ensuring the safe use of equipment and adherence to health and safety procedures., • Work closely with Housekeeping and other hotel teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
