Join Our Team! We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help deliver a fantastic dining experience for our guests. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house staff Ensure top-quality customer service and satisfaction Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards Work with ownership to meet financial and operational goals What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for food, people, and delivering great service
Plans and oversees bar services, supervising staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. Curates and updates the drink menu, offering a variety of beverages while considering quality and customer preferences, including special occasions. Manages stock levels, direct the purchasing of supplies, and monitors inventory to prevent wastage, stay within budget, and maximize profitability. Verifies the quality of beverages, and service, ensuring that all statutory health, cleanliness, and safety requirements are met in the bar areas. Trains staff on menu offerings and service standards to provide guests with knowledgeable recommendations and a welcoming experience. Collaborates with the management team to implement growth strategies and conducts routine checks and audits to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the brand’s quality expectations. Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and supplies. Ensure compliance with Kaspas Desserts brand guidelines and health & safety regulations. Schedule and manage shifts for optimal coverage and efficiency. Manage store budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
