Looking for a Turkish or Lebanese chef experienced in marinating, making sauces, using the grill and shawarma machine, and preparing wraps, burgers, and starters.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standard, managing your station, maintaining hygiene, and contributing to menu development and kitchen efficiencies. Prepare and hand-stretch pizzas Make fresh sauces and prepare toppings (vegetables, meats, cheeses). Operate the pizza oven and ensure pizzas are cooked perfectly. Monitor food stock, assist with ordering, control waste and ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain a clean, organised and safe cooking station; comply with food hygiene, health & safety standards. Work with the kitchen team, assist with training/mentoring where needed, and contribute ideas for new pizzas/menu items. Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
