All Safe And Sound are seeking an In-House Content Creator to join their growing team. About Us: Since 1997 All Safe And Sound have been providing AV solutions to the entertainment industry, with a stronghold in the London event production landscape. Headquartered in outer London we house a wide variety of the latest technical equipment in addition to our in-house scenic workshop and main office. We are proud to partner with a number of high-end hotels across the city to facilitate corporate and social events in their well established 5 star venues. In addition to this we work with direct end clients and agencies to take their events from from initial concept to delivery, providing design and production expertise at every stage. The Job: The In-House Content Creator will support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications activity across the business. A core part of the role involves attending live events and productions to film and photograph completed builds, live environments, behind-the-scenes activity, and crew at work, creating engaging content for social media and wider brand communications. Responsibilities: On-Site Event Content Capture • Attend live events, productions, and installations to capture professional-quality photography and video content., • Film and photograph event builds, live environments, behind-the-scenes moments, crew activity, and final client-facing outcomes., • Work closely with production and technical teams on-site to identify key moments and stories to document., • Ensure all captured content aligns with brand guidelines and is suitable for use across social media, the website, and promotional campaigns., • Organise and manage captured assets for efficient editing, reuse, and archiving. Campaign Development & Delivery • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for the company’s services, and wider brand activity., • Coordinate promotional materials and assets, including campaigns, social media posts, ,behind-the-scenes content, interviews, blog posts, and press materials. Digital & Social Media Management • Deliver the social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook., • Create engaging content tailored to each audience segment—covering announcements, event case-studies, behind-the-scenes stories, crew highlights, and promotional campaigns., • Monitor performance and optimise content based on insights, trends, and analytics. Website & Online Presence • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring new productions, case studies, and news updates are accurately represented., • Work with internal teams or external developers to ensure website functionality, SEO, and user experience remain strong and current. Press, PR & Industry Communications • Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, announcements, and statements related to productions, awards, and company news., • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, industry publications, and media partners. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement • Support internal communication campaigns, including company updates, production milestones, and team events., • Assist in the coordination of company-wide activities. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns across social, digital, and traditional platforms., • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data insights, audience engagement and industry trends. General Duties • Maintain organised project documentation and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines., • Undertake additional duties as required by the TBC, appropriate to the role. Skills: • Proven experience in marketing or communications, ideally within an AV production company, events, entertainment, media, or creative industry., • Experience capturing high-quality photo and video content, ideally in live event or fast-paced production environments., • Strong understanding of marketing principles, content creation, campaign management, and digital engagement., • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences including clients, partners, broadcasters, and industry stakeholders., • Competence with social media management tools and content creation or editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; video editing tools desirable)., • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments., • Comfortable working on-site at events and collaborating closely with technical and production teams., • Proactive, creative, and confident in spotting opportunities for promotion and content creation. Hours: 37.5 hour per week (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30) Plus Overtime Location: Based at the All Safe And Sound office, with regular on-site attendance at events and productions for filming and photography across London and surrounding areas.
