Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in office administration. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in various software applications. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions in our systems
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create reports, documents, and presentations
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting
Ability to communicate effectively both over the phone and in writing
