Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Manchester
Hours: Full-Time (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Start Date: Early January 2025
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (£22,000–£26,000 per annum, plus company pension)

Auraled Ltd is a leading wholesaler of LED products, known for our dedication to quality and excellent customer service. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Responsibilities:
As an Admin Assistant, your duties will include:
Order Management:
Accurately enter sales orders into Unleashed, our order management system.
Ensure precise data entry and double-check information to avoid errors.
Print and initial delivery notes, confirming accurate entry.
Track and maintain records of dispatched sales orders.
Stock Management Support:
Review stock levels and prioritize selling dead stock.
Liaise with team members for purchase order approvals.
Monitor pending stock orders and follow up with relevant parties.
Customer Support:
Follow up on quotes to convert them into confirmed sales.
Maintain professional communication with customers via phone and email.
General Administrative Duties:
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and delivery notes.
Assist in booking couriers and tracking deliveries.
Ensure timely submission and proper organization of delivery notes and related documents.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with the warehouse team to confirm dispatch or delivery dates before communicating with customers.
Maintain and update internal communication tools, including WhatsApp groups and other systems.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In-house training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with our software and internal systems.
