We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with quotations , raising invoice requests
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform typing tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documents are error-free.
Skills
- Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritising workload.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
We are located in a rural location, own transport essential.
