Tenancy Operations Manager We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to take personal responsibility in delivering excellent customer service as part of our housing team, jointly overseeing the day-to-day management of our Tenancy Management team. This is a new, additional post within the team. In this exciting role you will be responsible for: • Delivering tenancy management services, including overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our tenancy audit programme, • Engaging directly with tenants, leaseholders, councillors, resident representatives, and partner agencies across Cambridge, • Direct line management of officers within our Tenancy Management team Due to the nature of this position, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, which is insured for business use; or be willing to cycle around the city.
