📝Key Responsibilities 📝

Engage with customers via phone and email, managing orders and enquiries
Proactively build customer relationships and promote Myriad in new international markets
Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain our 5* Google reviews
Support daily operations, from general administration to navigating internal search systems
Process sales orders for UK and EU customers through our bespoke ERP system
Work with Excel files, EPC tools, PDF manuals, and our interactive website to locate and process parts

A proactive and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys engaging with customers.
A strong desire to learn—full training on our product lines will be provided.
Organised, punctual, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines.
Strong communication and computer literacy skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
An interest in Excel, and learning how to optimise data
