HSQE Compliance administrator
Aermec UK Ltd supplies and services commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Operating out of Rochford, Essex, we provide energy-efficient temperature control products such as chillers and heat pumps alongside 24/7 maintenance, emergency repairs, and project consultancy for major UK enterprises.
HSQE Compliance administrator, to support the HSQE department (Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental department compliance). The possible duties involved in an HSQE apprentice role may include:
- Assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures
- Supporting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace inspections
- Helping to maintain up-to-date records and documentation for compliance and certification
- Assisting with incident and accident investigations, including logging reports and following up on corrective actions
- Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and environmental awareness across the company
- Supporting the delivery of health and safety training and toolbox talks to staff
- Monitoring and reporting on environmental aspects, such as waste management and energy usage
- Assisting with the review and update of quality & environmental management systems and procedures
- Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
- Supporting general administrative tasks within the department
- Also getting involved in our building compliance and facilities management
