Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will support the managerial team by utilizing strong organizational skills and team-leading abilities. This position requires in-depth knowledge of business management, including labor cost management, scheduling, and inventory control, to ensure operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  • Efficiently manage labor costs, schedules, and employee rotas.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales, labor costs, and staff performance.
  • Enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Salary: £14.00 to £20.00 per hour
