Inspect vehicles to identify structural and cosmetic damage.
Repair or replace damaged panels, bumpers, fenders, and body components.
Use specialist tools (e.g., dent pullers, welding equipment, grinders, sanders) to restore bodywork.
Carry out paint preparation, priming, and refinishing work as required.
Straighten vehicle frames using hydraulic equipment if necessary.
Work with vehicle measuring systems to ensure alignment accuracy.
Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
Communicate with supervisors, estimators, and customers regarding repair progress
