Essential Requirements We are looking for candidates with: • Previous bar, pub or restaurant experience, • A friendly, confident and approachable personality, • The ability to interact and converse comfortably with customers, • Strong communication and customer-service skills, • A positive and reliable attitude, • Good attention to detail, • Good organisational skills, • Strong observational skills, • The ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment Supervisor / Management Roles Candidates applying for Supervisor or Management positions should ideally also have experience with: • Supervising and supporting bar staff, • Cellar management, including maintaining stock, cleanliness and cellar standards, • Social media engagement and promotion, • Stock control and monitoring, • Cash handling and reconciliation, • Opening and/or closing procedures, • Maintaining excellent customer-service and operational standards Working Hours & Location We have full-time and part-time positions available. Applicants should live in South London or be able to reliably commute to and from work, as some evening and weekend shifts may finish after midnight. A live-in option may be available for the right Supervisor/Management candidate.
