☕ Experienced Barista – Full Time (FreshX Bakery & Coffee Shop, Slough)
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Hours: Full-time, 7 AM – 7 PM (rotating shifts)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (in line with UK National Wage & experience level)

The Role
We’re looking for experienced baristas who are passionate about coffee and customer service. You’ll be preparing espresso-based drinks, maintaining cleanliness and quality, and helping our team deliver an outstanding café experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks to a high standard
Maintain coffee equipment and ensure daily calibration and cleaning
Assist with bakery counter service and take customer orders
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Requirements
Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Able to work a 7 AM–7 PM full-time schedule (with breaks)
Knowledge of grinder calibration, milk texturing, and latte art is a plus
