We are now looking for a Barista to join our team on a fixed-term contract from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 during the Christmas period. Vaxx Bakery & Specialty Coffee is looking for an experienced, passionate and energetic Head Barista to join our team in Battersea. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves specialty coffee, has strong barista experience and can confidently lead by example while maintaining excellent standards throughout every service. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently great coffee, supporting and training the barista team, maintaining workflow behind the bar and helping create the warm, friendly atmosphere we want every customer to experience at Vaxx.
