So we are on the hunt for the perfect team who will help us on our mission to become a thriving neighbourhood spot. We're looking for a vibrant, exciting and bubbly team of Baristas who are looking to be part of a small team. Lilac will often be a fast paced-environment and we expect our team to embrace this. Full-timers and part-timers both wanted too! Experience is not necessary, but passion is. We can teach you to make an amazing matcha, but not how to love making it. Although not essential, our ideal applicant would also have a budding interest in food and an interest in building workable skills in the kitchen.
