Experienced barista wanted for a busy café. Minimum 3 years’ experience required. Must be confident with opening/closing shifts and knowledgeable in quality coffee and cold beverages.

DAY TIME SHIFTS • Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus, • Taking the customers’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation, • Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables, • Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments, • Operating the drink fountain and coffee station, • Good knowledge of cocktails

As a Barista, you will be responsible for: - Serving customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. - Preparing and serving takeaway coffee, tea, and other hot beverages. - Toasting paninis and handling the sale of cakes, pastries, and other grab-and-go items. - Taking payments efficiently and accurately. - Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the kiosk area, including regular cleaning and tidying tasks and helping the kitchen time to time with cleaning. The role requires customer service experience, being able to easily communicate with people , taking orders, serving at the table and having the initiative to learn how to make hot beverages, being able to keep the are clean and tidy and working as a teamwork.

We are looking for a trained Barista who is able to make coffees (latte art) and serve customers in our beautiful café situated in Golders Hill Park which is part of Hampstead Heath in North West London. Experience is compulsory and in return we offer a competitive salary and benefits for the right person. We operate a 5 days/out of 7 rota and work only daytime, no nights. The successful candidate must be available to work during weekends.
