As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly, and efficient welcome to all guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities: - Greet all guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. - Assist guests with inquiries, providing information on menu offerings, venue facilities, and special events. - Ensure that regular guests are recognized and greeted according to their preferences, updating profiles as needed to enhance future visits.
