We’re looking for a friendly, confident and knowledgeable barista to join the Melk Coffee Co. team. The role will be around 15–25 hours per week, working across both our Sidcup and Chislehurst shops. Flexibility is important, including availability on weekends and during busy seasonal periods. We’re looking for someone who can adapt well to different situations, work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts. You should be confident speaking with customers, able to hold a friendly conversation and provide excellent customer service. Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred, along with good coffee knowledge and an understanding of working in a fast-paced café environment.

Looking for a fantastic barista to work from this Monday from 7.30am to 4.30pm. 4 years of experience needed. Is a self starter and able to think on your feet.
