Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in artisan gelato, pastry, or specialty coffee shops. - Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. - Expertise in team development, customer engagement, and sales strategies specific to premium F&B businesses. - Strong understanding of inventory management, including the challenges of handling fresh and perishable goods. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering authentic Italian hospitality. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
