As we grow, we are looking for store leaders in both, South Kensington and Mayfair to show leadership and maturity. Duties include: • Sending daily reports to operations manager - sales reports/ stock reports/ special moments/ operational needs, • Lead service with professionalism and a duty of care, • On shift training and quality control, • Complaint handling, • Scheduling, • Checklist management We are looking for candidates that truly care about hospitality and their team, someone who has passion beyond their duties and someone who is excited to grow with us a brand.
