Barista and Waiter / Waitress - Spice Deli

We are an independent cafe looking for a baker to work 20 hours to start with. We need Fridays 7 am - 3 pm and weekends 8 am - 2 pm. The ideal candidate will have two years baking experience in the UK. Cakes, cookies, brioche, granola and pastry dough skills are a must. Candidate will need to manage the entire pastry section and need to work independently.

Join our team as a barista at our local neighborhood cafe. We are conveniently located within walking distance from Highbury and Islington station and operate from 8 am to 5 pm daily. Responsibilities: • Prepare a variety of coffee beverages with expertise in latte art., • Operate a La Marzocco PB S coffee machine and Victoria Arduino Grinders., • Assist in serving coffee, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and salads. Requirements: • Experience in coffee preparation and dialling techniques., • Ability to work part-time or full-time with no evening shifts.
