A leading provider of KBB products is growing and seeking a driven, professional Production Manager to join them as part of a longer-term vision and help drive them into the 21 Century. \n Your Role as a Production Manager: \n\n • You will be leading a team of ~12 across a range of disciplines, from assembly and manufacture, through to sales and finance.\n, • Oversight for a ~10,000 square foot site, ~£2m turnover and output of 400-600 premium units per week.\n, • Ensuring production schedules are feasible and deliverable.\n, • Managing H&S, stock control and quality of premium products.\n, • Full P&L responsibility so you need strong commercial acumen.\n, • Supporting and guiding the Production Supervisor when needed.\n, • Keeping a close eye on market trends and changes.\n, • A Monday-to-Friday position; the facility operates an 8am-5pm and 3pm-9pm shift pattern.\n\n Ideal Background for the Production Manager Position: \n\n • Above all, you need production/operations management experience from a manufacturing environment.\n, • Understanding of production, purchasing, stock, control, H&S, and lead-time management.\n, • Continuous improvement mind-set.\n, • Ideally, you'll have worked in an interior, fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing facility, but aligned sectors will be considered too.\n, • Able to commute to the Hounslow site daily.\n, • You must have right to work in the UK without sponsorship.\n\n The Company recruiting for the Production Manager: \n\n • An established, privately-owned international manufacturing group with a strong reputation across multiple industry sectors including office furniture, medical, shopfitting and caravan/campervan fitouts.\n, • This division continues to grow its market share and is looking to strengthen its UK production and manufacturing team as a result.\n, • The pride themselves on a premium product; they don't aim to be the cheapest.\n, • They're seeking a proven production or operations manager to help drive them forwards.\n\n The Package for the Production Manager: \n\n • £50,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary.\n, • Up to 10% bonus.\n, • Life Assurance, Private Healthcare, Pension & other benefits.\n, • 25 days holiday + stats.\n\n Please apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria. \n Dave is the main point of contact for the role.
