Baretto is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to lead our team and take charge of daily operations at our Italian Deli. We’re a small, quality-focused team committed to delivering great coffee, warm service, and a relaxed but refined experience to our customers. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
